Yes, this place is legit and safe. The doll came in unharmed with no visible damage or scratches. Everything was perfect, the only problem was that a few parts of the skeleton seemed to be tight at some joints, but not enough to cause a panic. It just takes some time for them to loosen up a bit. Customer service is amazing, admittedly emails can take time, but if anyone has a problem, their call is quick and easy to do. Overall, I would shop on this site again.
